About this role & what walk-ins usually test
This is an inbound customer support role for international callers. The bar is clear spoken English and a real willingness to work nights. A degree is not required, so the communication rounds decide almost everything.

The listing gives 100 openings and a pay band of Rs 3 to 5.5 LPA. The top of that band is for experienced agents. If you are a fresher, expect an offer near the lower end. The listing does not give a fresher figure, so do not quote one you saw on WhatsApp.
What the job involves
You take calls from customers abroad, understand the problem, and either solve it or route it correctly. The listing names four things you are judged on:

The shifts are nights. The listing says "comfortable working in night shifts" and offers a two-way cab. Ask HR for the cab radius from Electronic City before you accept, because a cab that stops 5 km short of your PG does not help at 4 AM.

The reporting window is 11 AM to 3 PM. On a busy day the rounds can run for several hours, so arriving at 11 is much safer than arriving at 2.

Cost of living near Electronic City
Most Electronic City voice agents live in Electronic City Phase I, Hosa Road, Bommanahalli or Begur. A shared PG bed with food usually costs Rs 7,000 to 11,000 a month in these areas. Living within the cab radius is worth more than a cheaper room further out, because night-shift travel without a cab is expensive and unsafe.
