On-the-day tips

The VNA is an elimination round. It checks clarity and listening, not a foreign accent. Speak at a steady pace and finish your sentences.
Planning the day
Reporting is 10 AM to 12 PM only. Bahadurpally has no metro, and the last stretch from Kukatpally or Miyapur is by cab, auto or bus. On weekdays, 60 to 90 minutes from central Hyderabad is normal.
Because the drive runs until 13 November, you can wait a few days if you need time to practise for the VNA. Many BPOs make you wait before you can sit the same assessment again, so a rushed attempt can cost you more than a few days of practice. If you are not selected, ask HR when you can try again.
