Vacancies and the 16 October detailed PDF are on the recruitment page. Paper lists and CPT marking are on the syllabus page. This page is twelve questions on brief Notification 23/2026, dated 15 September 2026, and its scheme annexure. The live CBRT deducts one-third. This set does the same. Keep 15 minutes free.

How this set is built

The live exam is a single-level CBRT. Para 6 of the brief says there is no screening test, even if applications flood. Two papers of 150 questions, 150 minutes and 150 marks. Degree standard. Total 300. Negative marking: one-third, G.O.Ms. No.235, 6 December 2016. Multi-session papers, if any, are normalised later.

This set is notice rules and the Paper II statute citations, not a fake temple-quiz booklet. It tests the 104-post table, the no-screening rule, the 16 October crucial date, Section 29, the printed Madhva string, and that CPT is qualifying.

Paper I is the usual APPSC GS spine. Paper II is why 104 any-degree posts are not "easy GS".

What the live CBRT actually is

Paper I: current events with Andhra Pradesh, science and IT, Indian history with AP, AP geography, polity and e-governance, economy and planning, sustainable development, disaster management with remote sensing and GIS, reasoning, and mean, median, mode and variance.

Paper II: Ramayana, Mahabharata, Bhagavatam, Puranas, Temple Agamas, festivals and classical fine arts, Vedic culture, Alwars, Nayanars and the named acharyas, family, adoption and succession, temple income and Section 57, duties of Executive Officers under Section 29, and land records with Sections 75 to 86 of Act 30/87.

The annexure prints Madhva's school as Dvaithadvaitham. In a textbook Madhva is Dvaita. On this paper, know the printed string.

CPT is 60 minutes, 100 marks, practical, G.O.Ms.No.26, 24 February 2023. Qualifying: 40 OC, 35 BC, 30 SC, ST and PBD. Part A is MCQ (20 percent). Part B is a live document, typing speed (25 percent, may be mandatory), objects (15), Excel (20) and PowerPoint (20). CPT is not a third merit paper. Fail it and 300 CBRT marks do not finish the selection.

Hall tickets and the exam date appear only on psc.ap.gov.in.

Traps this set is built to catch

Two PDFs. The brief of 15 September is enough for the last date, the degree line, the no-screening rule and the scheme. Age, zone, community and fee sit in the 16 October 2026 detailed notification. This set will not invent an 18-to-42 band the brief never printed.

OTPR is not an application. Submit 23/2026. A reused Group-I OTPR is fine. A reused Group-I study plan is not.

Any bachelor's degree is the essential row, held on 16 October 2026. A result after that day does not count. Paper II still expects the Act and the Agamas. A BCom is enough to apply. It is not enough to skip Section 29.

Not Group-I. Notification 07/2026 is OMR screening on 24 January 2027. This post has no screening and no DSP physical. Do not mix them.

Not ASO. Notification 20/2026 is statistics. Paper II here is Hindu philosophy and the Endowments Act.

Not Forest Beat. Notification 18/2026 is Intermediate plus a walking test. APPSC's 16 October web note listed several detailed notifications together. Pay the one you mean.

Provisional 104. The brief says the number can change when the department confirms. Quote the 16 October table for community and zone.

Pay. Rs 25,220 to 80,910 as printed in the brief. Confirm fee rows in the detailed PDF. Typical APPSC processing is Rs 250 plus an examination fee, with Andhra Pradesh SC, ST, BC, PBD and Ex-Servicemen exempt from the examination fee. Confirm para 8 or 9 before you pay.

Last date. 5 November 2026, 11:59 pm. Online only. A postal form is not entertained.

Reading your score

Twelve marks, one-third off a wrong answer. Below 8, re-read the recruitment page. A candidate who still thinks there is a screening test, or that Paper II is only current affairs, or that CPT adds to the 300, is preparing the wrong week.

Nine or more means the notice is in your head. Then split the week: three days Paper II statute and Agamas, two days GS with AP current events, one day CPT typing and a mail-merge. 104 posts with no screening means the CBRT is the competition.

This week

  1. Download the 16 October detailed PDF from psc.ap.gov.in. Check age, zone and fee against your OTPR. Fix OTPR before you submit 23/2026.
  2. Open Act 30 of 1987 at Sections 29, 57 and 75 to 86. Write two sentences for each block in your own words. This page will not invent the section text.
  3. Make a place list for Ramayana, Mahabharata and Bhagavatam. Add the six guru rows, including the printed Madhva spelling.
  4. Practise a mail-merge, a formula sheet and a six-slide deck. CPT typing may be made mandatory.
  5. Submit before 11:59 pm on 5 November 2026. Last-minute OTP failure is not a commission problem.

An Executive Officer Grade-III runs the day-to-day administration of an endowments institution under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987. Posting follows the zonal or local rows in the 16 October PDF. Rank only the zones you would actually serve.

Notice walk-through

Brief Notification 23/2026, dated 15/09/2026, invites applications from 16/10/2026 to 05/11/2026, 11:59 pm on psc.ap.gov.in for Executive Officer Grade-III in the A.P. Endowments Subordinate Service. Provisional vacancies: 104. Scale: Rs 25,220 to 80,910. The number can change when the department confirms.

Educational qualification: a bachelor's degree from a university established or incorporated by a Central, State or Provincial Act, or a UGC-recognised institution, or equivalent, held on the date of the detailed notification. That date is 16 October 2026. It is the crucial date in all aspects.

The examination is a single-level CBRT. No screening test, irrespective of the number of applications. Multi-session papers, if any, are normalised later by a method the commission will notify. Scheme: Paper I General Studies and Mental Ability, 150/150/150. Paper II Hindu Philosophy and Temple System, 150/150/150. Total 300. Degree standard. Negative marking one-third, G.O.Ms. No.235, 6 December 2016.

Paper II items 10 to 12 name Act 30/87: Section 57 (use of endowment funds), Section 29 (duties of Executive Officers), Sections 75 to 86 with ROR and Pattadar Pass Book law on endowments land. Item 8 prints Madhva as Dvaithadvaitham.

CPT is annexed: 60 minutes, 100 marks, qualifying 40 / 35 / 30. It is a proficiency test, not a third merit paper.

Apply only online. A postal form is not entertained. OTPR is not an application. Age, zone, community and fee: 16 October detailed PDF on psc.ap.gov.in. This set will not invent those rows.

Paper I is the same GS spine as several other APPSC degree papers. That is why this set does not waste twelve questions on mean and median. The marks you will lose on the live paper sit in Paper II items 10 to 12 if you have not opened the Act, and in items 1 to 8 if you cannot place Ayodhya, Hastinapura or the printed Madhva string. Adoption and succession (item 9) sit between the gurus and the statute. Do not skip that row because it looks like "culture". It is personal law in outline. Temple income sources sit with Section 57. If you can name the kandas and cannot say how endowment money may be used, you are still not ready. Land records (item 12) are where many temple disputes start. Read Sections 75 to 86 with the ROR note, not as a slogan. A Pattadar Pass Book question is still Paper II. Do not leave land to a last-week skim of a coaching PDF. Open the Act before you pay.

The brief PDF linked on the recruitment page is a verified copy of the commission annexure. Apply only on the commission site. Watch that site for the exam date. Do not mix 23/2026 with 07, 18, 20 or 24.
