RRC NWR Act Apprentice 04/2026: All-Subjects Matric Average, No Written Exam
Notice 04/2026 has no written paper. Merit is the simple average of matriculation (all subjects, minimum 50 percent) and ITI. Lists are unit-wise. Two applications are all rejected.

The formula
Simple average of:
- Matriculation percentage from all subjects, minimum 50 percent.
- ITI percentage from the certificate, in the trade of the slot.
Tie: older, then earlier matriculation. Panels are division, trade and community. A 90 percent average in Diesel Mechanic at a unit with no diesel slot does not move you to Jaipur.

Read the trade table in the PDF before you click. Electrician is split Coaching, Power and TRD in some units. COPA, fitter, carpenter, mason, painter, pipe fitter and diesel mechanic are named. A second application, even to "correct" a unit, rejects all forms.
