The average that is not "best five"
Merit is the simple average of:
- Matriculation percentage, all subjects, with a floor of 50 percent. Not language-exempt. Not "best of five".
- ITI percentage as printed on the provisional or final certificate, in the same trade as the slot.
There is no NWR-wide rank list. Panels are division-wise, trade-wise and community-wise, equal to the number of slots. A high average in a trade with no slot at your unit does not float you to another unit.
Tie: older candidate, then earlier matriculation pass.
One unit, or every form dies
Units: DRM Ajmer, DRM Bikaner, DRM Jaipur, DRM Jodhpur, BTC Carriage Ajmer, BTC Loco Ajmer, Carriage Workshop Bikaner, Carriage Workshop Jodhpur.
Pick one. If that unit has no training slot in your ITI trade, you cannot switch after submit. Two applications, even to two units, are all rejected.
Age, fee, hostel
Age on 6 November 2026: completed 15, not completed 24. SC/ST +5, OBC +3, PwBD +10, ex-servicemen as in para 8.4.
Fee Rs 100, not refunded. SC, ST, PwBD and women pay nothing. Finish the gateway redirect. A debit without a downloaded form is not a filed application.
No hostel. Stipend as per Railway Board. Training does not create a right to a Railway job, and you are not obliged to take one.

Educational Qualification
- Matriculation with at least 50 percent aggregate in all subjects, not in a group of subjects, plus an ITI in the trade of the slot you pick.
- Choose only one unit. If that unit has no slot in your ITI trade, the application is meaningless and you cannot change it later.
- Two or more applications are all rejected.

How to Apply
- 1Apply only at https://www.rrcjaipur.in from 7 October 2026 to 11:59 pm on 6 November 2026.
- 2Pay Rs 100 on the payment gateway if you are not SC, ST, PwBD or a woman. Finish the redirect back to RRC and download the form. A deducted amount with a failed redirect is not a submitted application until the form downloads.
- 3Note the registration number. There is no later edit of unit or trade.
