Interview focus
Prepare your domain depth (IT, HR, accounts, legal or company secretariat) and NHB's role as India's apex housing finance institution. Deputation candidates should be ready on cadre, borrowing rules and leave salary as the notice requires.
Regular and contract candidates should link qualification and experience line by line to the vacancy table. Expect questions on regulatory compliance, team leadership and why NHB.
There is no negative marking because there is no MCQ stage in the printed scheme. A practice set on notice rules is on the practice page.
