Contract Company Secretary
The DGM (Company Secretary) engagement is contract, not a permanent cadre post. Emolument is Rs 3.50 lakh per month consolidated, with housing and conveyance per entitlement, for an initial three years.

Educational Qualification
- Deputation: General Manager (Information Technology), TEG VII, and Deputy General Manager (Human Resources), TEG VI, for serving officers of Central or State Government, PSUs, banks or other organisations as specified.
