Stipend
PAT-I: (a) Rs 31,000 plus HRA with NET / GATE / DBT-DST national exams; (b) Rs 25,000 plus HRA otherwise. Senior PAT: Rs 42,000 plus 30 percent HRA. Project Scientist-I: Rs 56,000 plus 30 percent HRA, 5 percent increment every two years on the same project. Total CSIR project-staff tenure cannot exceed six years.
