How do I apply?

How to prepare

Since 80 percent of the CBT is the professional subject, preparation is subject-first. JE and AE candidates should revise their core papers (power systems, machines and protection for Electrical; thermodynamics and strength of materials for Mechanical) using diploma or GATE-level question banks. DEO candidates should practise typing in both Hindi (Mangal/Inscript) and English every day, as the typing test is qualifying and often the point where candidates drop out. Keep 20 to 25 minutes a day for Chhattisgarh general knowledge, which fills part of the 20 general marks.
