About this role & what walk-ins usually test
A semi-sales customer support role on a day shift. You explain a product, handle objections and try to convert interested customers. Fluent English and one regional language are required.

On-the-day tips

The difference between in-hand and CTC usually covers PF, ESI and other deductions. Ask HR whether there are sales incentives on top, since this is a semi-sales role.
Many BPO voice roles run night or rotational shifts, so a fixed day shift with Sunday off stands out. If you have struggled with night shifts before, this is worth considering even though the pay is modest.
What "semi-sales" means
You are not a field salesperson. You talk to customers, explain a product or service, answer questions, deal with objections and move interested customers towards a purchase. Some of the job is ordinary customer support. Expect targets for both.
