About this role & what walk-ins usually test
AR (accounts receivable) Follow-Up means calling US insurance companies to find out why a hospital's claim is unpaid, and then fixing or escalating it. At least 60 percent of the job is calling.

Who is eligible
This is a strict fresher drive. The walk-in post sets four conditions:
- You are a complete fresher.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- You have no UAN and no previous PF record.
- Your pass-out year is 2024 or later.
The PF rule is the one that surprises people. If you worked even a few months at a company that deducted PF, you will have a UAN, and you are not eligible here.
Recent R1 fresher listings in Gurugram have also said that BTech and BE graduates are not eligible. The 17 October post does not repeat this, but if you are an engineer, call or ask at reception before you queue.
What AR Follow-Up is
US hospitals send claims to insurance companies to get paid. When a claim is unpaid or denied, an AR Follow-Up analyst calls the insurer, finds out why, and either fixes the problem or sends it to the right team. R1's listings describe the job as:

You talk to insurance staff, not patients. That makes the calls more technical and less emotional than a customer service line.
Getting to Candor TechSpace, Sector 48
Candor TechSpace is off Sohna Road in Sector 48. There is no metro at the door. The closest options are the Rapid Metro stations around Sector 55-56 or Millennium City Centre on the Yellow Line, then a cab or auto. From Delhi, allow at least 75 minutes on a Saturday morning.
Go to Tower 1, 2nd floor. The post says interviews are at the Gurgaon office only, even for Noida roles.

R1 has posted a weekday walk-in window for AR Follow-Up at the same venue earlier this month, Monday to Saturday from 1 PM to 2:30 PM. That listing has no end date, so do not rely on it without checking. New R1 drives will appear on the Gurugram walk-ins page.
R1 RCM does not charge candidates. The company's hiring runs through its own careers site and Workday portal, not through paid agents.
