When and where is the IndiGo walk-in in Pune?

IndiGo is holding a cabin crew interview drive in Pune on Thursday 26 November 2026, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Hotel Parc Estique, Pune Nagar Road, next to Phoenix Market City, Clover Park, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014. The role is Cabin Attendant (Grade Trainee) for candidates without flying experience.

This date and venue are listed on IndiGo's own Inflight Services hiring events page. Entry is only for candidates who have registered online, cleared the assessment and received an invitation.

Who can apply

IndiGo's online drive page lists these rules for Cabin Attendant (Grade Trainee), the role for candidates with no flying experience:

• Female Indian nationals with an Indian passport
• Age 18 to 27 years
• Class 12 pass from a recognised board
• Fluent, clear spoken English and Hindi
• Height at least 155 cm, with weight in proportion and a BMI of 18 to 22
• No tattoos or scars visible in uniform
• Willing to relocate to any IndiGo base

Freshers and people from non-aviation jobs can apply through the same route. Candidates with flying experience apply through a separate link on the IndiGo page.

You must register first

IndiGo's hiring events page says online registration and assessment are mandatory, and only shortlisted candidates receive the interview invitation. This is not an open walk-in where anyone can turn up.

1. Open the IndiGo Inflight Services events page.
2. Click Click Here To Apply under "For candidates without flying experience".
3. Register and complete the online assessment, including the recorded video interview.
4. Wait for an invitation by email or SMS for your city and date.

IndiGo also posts a short tutorial video on how to complete the assessment. Watch it before you start.

For the video interview: place the camera at arm's length on a stable surface, face a window or a light, use a plain background, wear a half-sleeved shirt or top, and keep your hair pinned back from your face.

What to bring

1. Your IndiGo invitation, printed or on your phone
2. Two printed copies of your resume
3. Your Indian passport (it is part of the eligibility)
4. Class 10 and 12 marksheets and certificates, with photocopies
5. Aadhaar or another photo ID
6. Two recent passport-size photos

Timing and getting there

The window is 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Plan to reach 30 minutes before it opens. Ramwadi metro station on the Pune Metro Aqua Line is close to Phoenix Market City. PMPML buses run along Nagar Road.

How to prepare

Introduction. Prepare a 60-second answer: your name, education, any customer-facing experience and why cabin crew. Say it in English first, then in Hindi.

Service scenarios. Expect role plays. Practise how you would handle a passenger who wants a seat change on a full flight, or one who feels unwell. Show empathy first, then a clear next step.

Grooming. Formal clothes, neat hair tied back, minimal jewellery and make-up. The panel checks appearance against the uniform standard.

Know the airline. Read IndiGo's network size, fleet and on-time record from its own website, so you can answer "Why IndiGo?" with facts.

What the day usually involves

Expect an invitation and document check, height and weight measurement, a group activity, and a personal interview. Not every candidate goes through every round on the day. Those selected later go through medical tests and a training programme before flying.

Warnings

• IndiGo does not charge a fee to apply or attend. Do not pay anyone who offers a "confirmed slot" or "direct selection".
• The venue may be a hotel or a training institute. IndiGo runs the selection. Do not enrol in a paid course as a condition of attending.
• Check the IndiGo page the day before. Dates can change.
