Sunday traffic is light, so most candidates can reach within an hour from central Hyderabad.
Reach by 9:30 AM. Walk-ins with a six-hour window often see long queues after 11 AM.
How to prepare
Production and Packing. Revise the steps of wet granulation, the main compression problems (capping, lamination, sticking), coating defects, and line clearance before a batch change. Know what a BMR (batch manufacturing record) is and how you fill it.
Quality Control. Be ready to explain HPLC system suitability, a dissolution test set-up, how you handle an OOS (out of specification) result, and the basics of data integrity (ALCOA+).
Warehouse. Know FIFO and FEFO, the GRN process, status labels (quarantine, approved, rejected), and how balance calibration is checked daily.
For everyone. Expect questions on GMP and why documentation matters. "If it is not written, it is not done" is the principle most panels want to hear you explain.
