NPCIL CA/CMA Intern 2026: 1:5 Shortlist, Virtual Interview, No Written Paper
NPCIL/CACMA/2026/04 has no written syllabus. Shortlisting is 1:5 on Inter CA or Inter CMA aggregate. The interview is virtual. Applications without final Inter marks are not screened.
Advertisement NPCIL/CACMA/2026/04 does not print a written paper, marks or negative marking. Seats, stipend and the 26 October close are on the recruitment page.
There is no written syllabus
Screening uses Inter CA or Inter CMA aggregate marks. Call for interview is 1:5. The interview is virtual. Joining still needs a standard medical, district police verification and a character certificate from the institute.
That means the only number you control before the call is the Inter aggregate you upload. A missing marksheet is not a later-upload problem. It is a non-application.
What the interview is for
The training is Finance and Accounts at a nuclear PSU. A virtual board in that setting usually tests whether you can talk about:
- Accounting standards in outline: going concern, accrual, matching, AS vs Ind AS as names, not a full CA Final lecture.
- Companies Act 2013: books of account, audit, related-party as vocabulary.
- Cost accounting for CMA: cost sheet, overhead, marginal costing, one sentence each.
- GST in outline: supply, input tax credit, e-way bill, why a PSU site needs invoices that match GRNs.
- NPCIL itself: Department of Atomic Energy, HQ Anushaktinagar, the site you chose (TAPS, RAPS, NAPS, KAPS, MAPS, KGS, GHAVP, KKNPP).
- Integrity: police verification is printed. A casual answer on related-party or cash is a fail.
Paid leave is 1 day a month. Absence beyond that cuts stipend pro rata and you still have to complete the period for the certificate.
A practice set on the 1:5 rule and those finance items is on the practice page.
