Twenty original questions for HPPSC Advertisement 63/9-2026: option E, the one-fourth penalty, and the official SAT units.
Paper I is 100 marks in one hour. The advertisement does not say how many questions that is, so this set does not pretend to be a full paper. It does use the penalty: one fourth for a wrong answer, the same for a blank, and nothing if you choose "I do not want to answer".

No. HPPSC has not printed the question paper. These 20 questions use the marking rule the advertisement does print, and they include items from the official SAT units.
A blank answer loses one fourth of the mark, the same as a wrong answer. Option E is how the advertisement lets you leave a question.
