iEnergizer Domestic Voice Interview Prep: Hindi and English Calls (Noida)
Prepare for iEnergizer's domestic voice walk-in in Noida Sector 60: introducing yourself in Hindi and English, handling common Indian customer calls, and the questions HR asks about shifts and joining.

iEnergizer's domestic voice walk-in at A-37, Sector 60, Noida runs until 29 October 2026, for any graduate with 0 to 5 years' experience. Details are on the iEnergizer Noida walk-in page. Domestic voice interviews are different from international ones. You are judged on clear, polite Hindi and English, and on how calmly you deal with Indian customers who switch between the two.
What domestic voice tests
| What they check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Clear Hindi | Most domestic calls in NCR are in Hindi or Hinglish |
| Clear English | Some customers and clients prefer English |
| Switching smoothly | Customers mix languages, and you must follow them |
| Patience | Domestic customers often call more than once about the same issue |
| Listening | You must catch order numbers, phone numbers and names correctly |
You do not need perfect, formal Hindi. You need polite, clear, everyday Hindi without heavy slang.
Introduce yourself in both languages
Prepare a 45-second introduction in each language. Keep the content the same.
English: "Good morning. My name is Aman Verma. I'm from Ghaziabad and I completed my BA in 2025. For the last six months I've been working at a retail store, where I handled billing and customer queries. I'm interested in customer support because I like helping people solve problems, and I'm comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English."
Mock calls by client type
iEnergizer works with clients in e-commerce, retail, telecom, banking, gaming, travel and more. Practise one call from each of these.
E-commerce: wrong item delivered
- Greet: "Namaste, main Priya baat kar rahi hoon. Bataiye, main aapki kya madad kar sakti hoon?"
- Listen, then repeat: "Aapko order mein galat product mila hai, sahi?"
- Verify: order number and registered mobile number.
- Solve: explain the return or replacement process and the pick-up time frame.
- Close: "Kya main aapki aur koi madad kar sakti hoon?"
Telecom: recharge done but no data
Check the number and the recharge details, confirm whether the plan is active, and give the next step: a fix you can do on the call, or a complaint number with a time frame.
Banking: card blocked
Never ask for the full card number, CVV, PIN or OTP. Verify using the steps your process allows, explain why the card may be blocked, and give the right way to unblock or replace it. Interviewers like to see that you protect the customer's details.
Phrases that sound right
| Situation | Hindi | English |
|---|---|---|
| Asking the customer to wait | "Kripya ek minute line par bane rahiye." | "Could you please stay on the line for a minute?" |
| Apologising | "Aapko jo pareshani hui, uske liye maafi chahte hain." | "I'm sorry for the trouble you've faced." |
| Confirming | "Main confirm kar leta hoon, aapka order number ... hai?" | "Let me confirm, your order number is ...?" |
| Setting a time frame | "Yeh 48 ghante mein ho jayega." | "This will be done within 48 hours." |
| Closing | "Dhanyavaad, aapka din shubh ho." | "Thank you, have a good day." |
Avoid "haan ji haan ji" fillers and "bhai" or "boss" with customers.
HR questions and salary
"Are you fine with rotational shifts and rotational week offs?" Be honest. If you can work late evenings but not nights, say so; it is better to be matched to the right shift than to quit in a month.
"When can you join?" Experienced candidates are often asked for immediate joining. Give a clear date.
"What salary are you expecting?" For freshers, say you are open to the company's standard fresher package and ask what it is. For experienced candidates, state your current CTC and a realistic increase.
Before you accept, ask for:
- the fixed monthly salary and in-hand amount
- any incentives and how they are earned
- shift timing and whether a cab is provided for late shifts
The listings for this drive quote different salary numbers, so the figure HR gives you is the only one to rely on. iEnergizer does not charge candidates for interviews.
Frequently Asked Questions
Domestic voice means calls from customers in India, so you should expect both Hindi and English, and often a mix of the two in one call.
The October 2026 listings ask for any graduate. One listing also accepts 12th pass, so call the HR number on the walk-in page to check before travelling if you are not a graduate.
Ask for the fixed monthly pay, the in-hand amount after deductions, and any incentives. The listings quote different salary figures, so get the exact number from HR.
